We had an extraordinary anniversary. You would think, knowing us that we would have planned a trip around the world to celebrate ten years because you know we LOVE to celebrate anything. However, we didn't. We layed low and it ended up being the best anniversary on record. We spent the day together talking about our life and how blessed we are to still be madly in love, to have two amazing children, to live in a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood and that I am able to stay home while Benji thrives at a wonderful job. What more could we ask for? We celebrate our lives everyday just by being with each other! On our actual anniversary, September 15, we dropped the kids at school, ate breakfast at our favorite place, Ruth's Diner, we took a little hike above the University and ooohed and awwwed at our beautiful city. We then took a little rest at a local coffee shop and then stepped into the past by visiting our reception center, 10 years to the day later. What a trip down memory lane. It had not changed a bit. I felt 20 again! It was surreal to say the least! That evening we had a few drinks at our favorite bar, Beerhive, and had our favorite meal, SUSHI!!! We ended the night by watching our wedding video which we had not seem in more than 5 years. All in all.... it was a great, great day! This last weekend we were fortunate enough to spend a few days kid free and we stayed at the new Waldorf Astoria in Park City. Luxury does not even describe it. It was amazing! We enjoyed every minute of it. We ate caviar, beef tar tar and had lots of champagne! Thank you Benji for winning employee of the quarter and allowing such an experience. We also did a few firsts, we rode the zip line and the Alpine coaster...I felt like a kid! I love you Benji!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
