It has been a very busy month here at the Edmund house. Dadddy traveling, fall festivities, sick babies, Halloween, big boy bed for Isaac and beautiful weather! Here are some pics from recent activities. Please click on pictures to see all of them!

Yet another adventure for Benji- CHINA!

Benji had yet another opportunity to see an amazing place. CHINA! He spent 10 days working, seeing the sights and visiting the Great Wall of China. He fell in love with China and can't wait to go back. We were invited to go back for the 2010 Worlds Fair, I can't wait to see the things that he has seen!

2 Week Road Trip- Northwest

2 days after Benji returned from Europe we got in the car and drove to Seattle. We spent one night with Kris and Alisha and then spent 4 days in Hope, British Columbia with Benji's Oma and Opa. It was wonderful to see them. We then drove back down to Seattle and spent another week. We had a great time and did some really fun things. We spent time in the city, visited the Northwest Trek and spent some good time just hanging out. Benji had to work so our vacation was extended by 2 days but Mozy put us up in a really fun Hotel called the Grand Wolf Lodge. It had an amazing indoor water park so the kids and I had plenty to do while daddy worked. We spent another day driving home and were relieved to arrive. It was a wonderful family vacation and we look forward to many more in the years to come

Benji's Month in Europe

Benji had the amazing opportunity to

spend 27 days in Europe! He went there for work. He visited Germany, Amsterdam, Belgium (his favorite), England and Ireland. He had an amazing time and saw many wonderful places. He is excited to take me back there one day and I am looking forward to it!

Benji's 29th Birthday Party

Benji turned 29! We had a fun BBQ in our back yard with lots of wonderful friends! Benji is always at his best when surrounded by all his family and friends! HAPPY BIRTHDAY BABY! Click pictures to see the whole event.

Life is BUSY!

We are busy around here. Between Jonah school activities, church activities, Benji's new job and new fun outside adventures...it has been fun! Jonah is a super , duper kid. Talking like crazy, having his own ideas and taking good care of his little brother. Isaac is walking, talking and is super happy! Benji's new job is going great, he actually REALLY loves it and he has already been promoted! He is now managing a team of 5 and more are coming! I am SO proud of him! I have been really involved in our church. I host a playgroup, I am going to be leading the Capital Woman's Bible Study this summer and I am going to be on the leadership team for our MOPS group. I have a lot of planning to do for our next MOPS semester in September as I am going to be the Hospitality Coordinator. We have a really great team of girls and I am really looking forward to all the events this summer. Mothers day was wonderful! I feel so blessed to have such an amazing mother and also to have two amazing children, it feels really nice to be appreciated!

Since the weather is nice now we have been spending a lot of time at the park, taking a lot of walks and enjoying the mountains. Last Friday we took Jonah to meet Thomas the Tank Engine, it was epic and he enjoyed it SO much!! We look forward to our summer vacation in August in the Northwest, we are going to be driving to Seattle and British Columbia, it is going to be quite the adventure with two little ones but we are exited! April so far...

We have been busy. We have 5 birthdays in our families within 2 weeks. Lots of cake and lots of fun. I think Jonah thinks that birthdays are just a way of life. We celebrated Nick's 21st birthday...tons of fun of course! We also celebrated Easter. Last Easter I was in labor with Isaac and this Easter he started walking...weird! We went to the Capital Church Easter Egg Hunt, we opened our Easter baskets and spent time with our wonderful families. Click pics to see the events...

And then he was one....

Our precious little Isaac is ONE! We can't believe that this year has gone so fast. He is SO freaking cute!!! And him and Jonah together...oh my! We had a party for him on his actually birthday with just the four of us and then we had one on Saturday and it was Finding Nemo, turned out cute and lots of friends and family came to celebrate! We had a lot of fun. I posted some pics.

Our life lately..

Here at the Edmund house we have been laying low, enjoying staying home a lot but CANT WAIT until SPRING! We have had some teasers and now that April is almost here it is VERY refreshing. Jonah is going to school twice a week which is a wonderful for him to play with other kids, learn, grow, sing, run and share. Little Isaac is now one, which is amazing to me. This has been the craziest, fastest, most exhausting year of my life but it seems like a big blur. Finally we feel like we are out from under a cloud of having two babies and all of the work that involves. Of course we have had some unforgetable moments of shear happiness, which we cherich. We are ready to get out and play with both of our boys! They are so amazing, they play together so well now, they are eating the same food, which makes my life easier and almost on the same schedule. It is slowly getting easier! Benji started a new job at Mozy.com. It is an amazing company with great benefits and an amazing future for his career. I am so super proud of him and he is doing great! We are looking forward to another trip to Las Vegas. This one is just going to be Benj and I. We are in desperate need of a few days to our self to lay in the sun, drink margaritas and just have fun together. We will miss our boys trememdously but we know they will be having fun with our family. THANKS TO OUR PARENTS!!!! I have posted some recent pics!

The Latest

So far January has been eventful! I started taking Isaac to the Little Gym on Tuesdays while Jonah is at school. He LOVES it! It is so great for his development. Also, it was my 29th birthday on the 12th. Eeekk!! I know! Almost 30! It was great though! My mom took me to California for the weekend. I went with her work (JetBlue). If her department does well for the year they take them on vacation and get to bring a guest. Lucky Me! We spent Saturday in Disneyland. It was strange being there without Jonah and I missed all my boys so much. But it was a very much needed break and my mom and I had a blast. That place really is the happiest place on earth, has not changed at all. We didn't even need a map. Benji was a trooper and stayed home with the boys. I have the BEST hubby! He is so great with them and takes such good care of them!! Thanks baby!!!
Then on Sunday we spent the day with some family that we have in L.A and went to the beach. I just soaked it all in because I knew I was going to have to come back to the cold. Although, today is bright and sunny and my windows are open. On my actual birthday my family came over for dinner. It was fun! Thanks to everyone for all the wonderful birthday wishes.
